RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
We don't do exchanges.

 

herveherau.com/fr is committed to providing you with high quality products. Despite this, if and only if a herveherau product is defective with proof of damaged packaging, herveherau.com/fr undertakes to exchange it or reimburse you. You have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt to return the products to us with their original packaging.

Please contact customer service before returning an item by email (shop@herveherau.com). Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, together with a copy of the invoice, to the following address:
