WHERE CAN I GET MY ORDER DELIVERED ?

Herve Herau ships worldwide. For France, you have the choice between several delivery methods: Colissimo, UPS. For international shipments, we send our packages using Colissimo and UPS. All the details of the costs and deadlines by geographical area can be found on the page Deliveries & Returns. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to deliver to Russia.

HOW LONG WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Between 2 to 4 working days.

I PLACED AN ORDER THIS WEEKEND, WHEN WILL YOU SHIP IT?

Our warehouse is open Monday through Friday. Any order placed on a Saturday or Sunday is therefore processed on Monday. In the event of a public holiday, the order is processed the following day as well.

RETURNS

I WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL MY ORDER.

If the order has been sent to the warehouse, unfortunately it will no longer be possible for us to cancel it.

I PAID EXTRA CUSTOMS FEES, WILL YOU REFUND ME?

When you order outside France, customs fees may be applied to your order, these remain your responsibility.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO DELAY THE DELIVERY OF MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to reschedule a delivery. Via Colissimo, if you are not present during the delivery, your parcel is deposited in your mailbox if the size of the latter allows it. Otherwise, a delivery will be rescheduled. If you are not present at the second visit, your order will be placed at a relay point near your home. For UPS, the package is delivered under signature. If you are not at home, the package will be delivered to a relay point.
